Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What sites can I post to?
The PostEverywhere posting service aims to be compatible with as many Internet load posting and truck posting sites as possible. The current list of compatible sites can be viewed on the links page. As more sites are added to the compatible sites list, they will show up automatically in your PostEverywhere website manager. Some sites may require an account in order to post. Although many sites offer free posting accounts, requirements vary from site to site. top of page
Q: Can the PostEverywhere service post to DAT?

Q: How long does it take for my postings to show up on a website?
For most posting sites our service is immediate. Some sites do take a few minutes to post. Our goal is to get your postings placed on multiple posting sites as quickly and accurately as possible. PostEverywhere service can get your postings on all of the compatible sites in about the same time it takes to manually post to just one website. Check the top of the setup page for each site to see how quickly your loads and trucks will be posted. top of page
Q: How can I tell if my postings are showing up on the different websites?
If you are posting with an account, you can generally go to the site and log in, then go to the View My Loads/Trucks (or similar) page. If a website does not use accounts, or they are optional and you are posting without one, you will have to search the site. Note: Searching may require a paying account on some sites, even those that offer free posting, making verification impractical in some cases.
In some cases it is not possible to verify your postings due to the nature of the site. FreightMail.com, for example, does not have a current online database - their customers recieve loads via email. Allen Lund Company is one of several private networks, and can only be viewed by their authorized agents. We have received assurances from such sites that our postings do arrive properly formatted for their use, and they do contact us if there is any interuption in our service.top of page
Q: Will I be charged by the websites to send postings?
Most of our compatible posting sites offer free posting accounts. Some sites do charge for posting, and many offer additional services with paid accounts. Your subscription to the PostEverywhere service does not cover any costs or fees associated with the use of any web site. Grizella Corporation and the PostEverywhere service are independent of the various posting sites our service is compatible with. We provide a service for our users, and always welcome integration with additional posting sites. We are constantly working to increase our website compatibility to improve the effectiveness of our service. top of page
Q: I've never heard of some of these sites, should I post to all of them?
The PostEverywhere service allows you to choose which sites you send postings to. Although you will generally get more responses from the larger sites, posting on smaller sites will put your loads and trucks in front of a different set of people than those who use larger sites. Many carriers, in particular, will search on boards that offer free or low-cost searches instead of the larger and more expensive sites. By posting to as many sites as possible, you will get the largest audience and the most calls. top of page
