Sending Trucks by Email

PostEverywhere can send formatted emails of your truck information to any email address. To do this you must first create an email list. This is a good way to notify your regular brokers and shippers of your currently available equipment.

How to Send Loads to the Truck Email List

  1. Press the Active button for Trucks from the left panel to open Active Trucks.
  2. Highlight one or more trucks from the list and select Send To Email List from the Additional Actions option list.
  3. Confirm. All of the email addresses on your list will receive a formatted email with your trucks and contact information. There is no cancel process for emails.
