Truck Email Setup

PostEverywhere can send formatted emails of your truck information to any email address. To do this you must first create an email list. This is a good way to notify your regular brokers and shippers of your currently available equipment.

Note: You may also manage your Truck Email List through the Send Email window. The changes you make there will have the same effect as those made in the Truck Posting Email Manager.

How to Create a Truck Email List

  1. Press the Email button for Trucks from the left panel to open Truck Email Setup.
  2. To start your list, press the Nex Recipient button on the top toolbar.
  3. Enter an identifying name and an email address and press Save.
  4. Repeat the process to build your list. All email addresses on your list will receive your trucks when you when you select the Send to Email List option from the Additional Actions option list on the Active Trucks page.

How to Edit an Email Address

  1. Press the Email button for Trucks from the left panel to open Truck Email Setup.
  2. Highlight a member of your list and press the Edit Selected button on the top toolbar.
  3. Update the email address and Press Save.

How to Remove an Address from Truck Email List

  1. Press the Email button for Trucks from the left panel to open Truck Email Setup.
  2. Highlight a member of your list and press the Remove Selected button on the top toolbar.
