Editing Multiple Trucks

The Multi Truck window is a spread sheet style form for rapid data editing. Each truck is on a single line of the spread sheet. This window has type-ahead support similar to the single entry form, but it does not contain any default values. It also can copy an entire row, which is useful for entering numerous identical or similar trucks. All internal fields except the Notes field are also supported.

Edit Multiple Truck Instructions

  1. Press the Active button for Trucks from the left panel to open Active Trucks.
  2. Select multiple trucks and press the Edit Trucks button on the top toolbar to open the Multi Truck window.
  3. Use the arrows, tab, and enter keys to navigate.
  4. Save, or Save and Post your trucks. Press the Save button to save the changes to the trucks. Press the Post and Save button to send the updated trucks to your website list and save the changes. If you have already posted this truck, the information will be updated on the websites. Press Cancel to close the window without sending or saving any changes to the trucks.
