Active Trucks
The Active Loads area will be the main working area for people primarily posting loads. When you are in Active Trucks, you will have a toolbar with buttons to launch the most commonly used actions, like entering, editing, posting and removing trucks.
Active Truck Area Buttons (and Additional Actions)
- New Truck
- Opens the Single Truck Window
- Multi Entry
- Opens the Multi Truck Window
- Edit Trucks
- Opens a selected truck in the Single Truck Window. If more than 1 truck is selected, they will be opened in the Multi Truck Window.
- Post Trucks
- Opens the Post Trucks Window to begin the posting process for any number of selected trucks
- Unpost Trucks
- Sends truck cancellations to all websites for any number of selected trucks. The trucks will remain in your Active Trucks.
- Remove Trucks
- Sends truck cancels to all websites and moves the truck to your Truck History. If the selected trucks are not currently posted on any websites, they will be moved to your Truck History.
- Send to Email List (Addtional Actions List)
- Opens the Send Trucks Window to begin the send email process for any number of selected trucks
- Duplicate Load (Addtional Actions List)
- Opens the Single Trucks Window to create a copy of one selected truck.
- Copy to Favorites (Addtional Actions List)
- Makes a copy of any number of selected loads in your Favorite Trucks area. Use this feature to store frequently posted trucks, then save truck entry time by copying trucks from your Favorite Trucks into your Active Trucks.
- Roll Date (Addtional Actions List)
- Opens the Roll Dates window to make date changes on all selected trucks.
- Import Loads (Addtional Action List)
- Opens the File Import window to import trucks.
- Esport Loads Date (Addtionals Action List)
- Opens the File Export window to export trucks.
