Sending Loads by Email
PostEverywhere can send formatted emails of your load information to any email address. To do this you must first create an email list. This is a good way to notify your regular carriers of your current loads.
How to Send Loads to the Load Email List
- Press the Active button for Loads from the left panel to open Active Loads.
- Highlight one or more loads from the list and select Send To Email List from the Additional Actions option list.
- Confirm. All of the email addresses on your list will receive a formatted email with your loads and contact information. There is no cancel process for emails.
