Editing Multiple Loads

The Multi Load window is a spread sheet style form for rapid data editing. Each load is on a single line of the spread sheet. This window has type-ahead support similar to the single entry form, but it does not contain any default values. It also can copy an entire row, which is useful for entering numerous identical or similar loads. All internal fields except the Notes field are also supported.

Edit Multiple Load Instructions

  1. Press the Active button for Loads from the left panel to open Active Loads.
  2. Select multiple loads and press the Edit Loads button on the top toolbar to open the Multi Load window.
  3. Use the arrows, tab, and enter keys to navigate.
  4. Save, or Save and Post your loads. Press the Save button to save the changes to the loads. Press the Post and Save button to send the updated loads to your website list and save the changes. If you have already posted this load, the information will be updated on the websites. Press Cancel to close the window without sending or saving any changes to the loads.
