- Type-ahead/Drop-down Lists
- Many data entry fields in PostEverywhere offer type-ahead lists. For example, when typing in an equipment type, the drop-down list of equipment types appears. If you press tab or enter, the selected list item will be inserted in the field. You may use the up and down arrow keys to change the selection.
- Note: Some type-ahead fields will only allow entries that appear on the list presented. These fields will force entries to the nearest allowed value when you tab ahead.
- Multi-selection

Click on two items with the Shift key pressed, and all items between the selected items are also selected. Click multiple items with the Ctrl key pressed and only the clicked-on items are selected.

You can also type directly into the filter box above the column to change the subset, or add an additional filter to further narrow your list.
