Sharing Information

PostEverywhere makes sharing load and truck information between company agents simple. With a company account, each agent can see the loads and trucks entered by the others. It makes no difference if the agents are located in the same office or halfway around the world. By using the various internal information fields and internal notes, all agents can stay up-to-date on the status of all company loads and trucks. This will foster an efficient work environment by allowing agents to work together effectively.

There are six fields for internal information associated with each load or truck entry that are not posted to websites or sent with emails. Three are Status fields for items like the shipment status, the agent working the load or truck, internal tracking number, and other small bits of information. The other three are user fields for information like the name of the carrier or shipper, the pick-up or delivery address, and similar information.

Additionally, there can be an internal note (255 characters max.) associated with each load or truck entry. This internal note allows agents to exchange more detailed information about the entry. Typical entries include detailed directions for drivers, special requirements that must be met, and other miscellaneous information. The beginning of the note is displayed in the echo area for each load or truck.

Each user should start a trial and create a unique Username and Password, then provide them to the company administrator for addition to the company account. To create and manage a company account, the designated company administrator must add and pay for the additional users through the payment and account management website.

By default, users can only edit and unpost their own postings. The account administrator can change that setting, which will apply to all sub-accounts, permitting users to edit and remove all postings.

If you are an account administrator and want to create the additional user accounts yourself, call us at 701-878-9700 for assistance.
