Exporting PostEverywhere Data

PostEverywhere provides flexibility with several export options. You can easily generate load, truck, and contact data reports in comma and tab-delimited formats for use with a wide variety of software, including spreadsheets, text editors, management software, etc.

PostEverywhere also generates files specifically designed for import with cartain DAT posting software. You can choose from two formats, DAT D is formatted for the daily database, and DAT L is formatted for the live database. Instructions on exporting loads and trucks to DAT

General Export Instructions

  1. Select the records that you want to export. For example, to export your active loads, go to the Active Loads area and select the loads you would like to export. If you do not select any records, PostEverywhere will assume you want to export the entire list. For help on selecting multiple records, click here.
  2. After you have selected the records you want to export, and select the Export option from the Additional Actions select box. The Export Selection window will open. Select the type of export from the list in the Export Selection window. The list will vary depending upon the type of information you are exporting.
  3. Press the Export File button to generate the export file.
