Sending Trucks by Email

PostEverywhere can send formatted emails of your truck information to any email address. To do this you must first create an email list. This is a good way to notify your regular brokers and shippers of your currently available equipment.

How to Send Loads to the Truck Email List

  1. Select Active Trucks from the left panel to open Active Trucks.
  2. Highlight one or more trucks from the list and press the SEND TO EMAIL LIST button.
  3. Press the SEND NOW button. All of the email addresses on your list will receive a formatted email with your trucks and contact information. There is no cancel process for emails.

Note: You may also manage your Truck Email List from the Send Email window. The changes you make here will have the same effect as those made in the Truck Posting Email Manager.

How to Add to a Truck Email List

  1. Press the ADD button in the Send Email window to open the Truck Email Setup window.
  2. Enter an identifying name and an email address and Press OK.

How to Edit an Email Address

  1. Highlight a member of your list in the Send Email and press the EDIT button on the top toolbar.
  2. Update the email address and Press OK.

How to Remove an Address from Truck Email List

  1. Highlight a member of your list in the Send Email and press the REMOVE button on the top toolbar.
