Truck Posting Email Manager

PostEverywhere can send formatted emails of your truck information to any email address. To do this you must first create an email list. This is a good way to notify your regular brokers and shippers of your currently available equipment.

Note: You may also manage your Truck Email List through the Send Email window. The changes you make there will have the same effect as those made in the Truck Posting Email Manager.

How to Create a Truck Email List

  1. Select Setup Truck Email from the left panel to open the Truck Posting Email Manager.
  2. To start your list, press the NEW button on the top toolbar to open the Truck Email Setup window.
  3. Enter an identifying name and an email address and Press OK.
  4. Repeat the process to build your list. All email addresses on your list will receive your trucks when you Press the SEND TO E-MAIL LIST button on the Active Trucks toolbar.

How to Edit an Email Address

  1. Select Setup Truck Email from the left panel to open the Truck Posting Email Manager.
  2. Highlight a member of your list and press the EDIT button on the top toolbar.
  3. Update the email address and Press OK.

How to Remove an Address from Truck Email List

  1. Select Setup Truck Email from the left panel to open the Truck Posting Email Manager.
  2. Highlight a member of your list and press the REMOVE button on the top toolbar.
