Active Trucks

The Active Trucks area will be the main working area for people primarily posting trucks. When you are in Active Trucks, you will have a toolbar with numerous buttons. These buttons launch the most commonly used actions, like entering, editing, posting and removing trucks. Here is a list of the buttons in active trucks, and what they do.

Active Truck Area Buttons

New
Opens the Truck Entry Window
Multi
Opens the Multi Truck Entry Window
Edit
Opens a selected truck in the Truck Edit Window. If more than 1 truck is selected, they will be opened in the Multi Truck Edit Window.
Remove
Sends truck cancels to all websites and moves the truck to your Truck History. If another person in your company has sent the truck, only they will be able to remove it. The same type of progress window appears when you remove trucks as when you send them. If the selected trucks are not currently posted on any websites, they will be moved to your Truck History.
Post to Websites
Opens the Post Trucks Window to begin the posting process for any number of selected trucks
Send to Email List
Opens the Send Trucks Window to begin the send email process for any number of selected trucks
Take Off Websites
Sends truck cancellations to all websites for any number of selected trucks. The same type of progress window appears when you remove trucks as when you send them. The trucks will remain in your Active Trucks.
Copy to Favorites
Makes a copy of any number of selected trucks in your Favorite Trucks area. Use this feature to store frequently posted trucks, then save truck entry time by copying trucks from your Favorite Trucks into your Active Trucks.

About Sorting

To sort the data, click on the column header. The column you select will become the primary sort column. Clicking the header again will change from an ascending to descending sort. To sort on more than one column at a time, hold down the Ctrl key and click on each column you want to sort by in the order you want the sort to apply.
