PostEverywhere™ Help Pages

Load Posting Site Manager

PostEverywhere can send your load information to any compatible website. To do this you must first activate the websites you want to post to. Most websites can be set up immediately.

The Load Website Setup area has two lists. The Active Sites list on the left has a white background. These are the sites your loads will be sent to. The Inactive Sites list on the right has a grey background. These are the sites which are compatible, but that your loads will not be sent to. Select sites from this second list to add to your Active Load Sites.

Website Activation Instructions

  1. Select Setup Load Website from the left panel to open the Load Posting Site Manager.
  2. To get started, select a site from the Inactive list and press the ACTIVATE WEBSITE button on the top toolbar to open the Load Website Setup window.
  • Each website has it's own setup window. For all sites that accept or require accounts, there will be account and password entry fields on the left. The right half of the window will provide links and/or information on getting an account with the site. The top of the window is devoted to general information about the site.
  • For websites that don't use accounts. press the OK button to activate.
  • If accounts are optional for PostEverywhere users, there will be a POST FREE WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT button. Click on this button to activate the site without entering an account and password.
  • For websites that do not offer free posting, PostEverywhere will only provide a link to the website.

Setting Up Existing Website Accounts

  1. If you do not have an account, scroll down to the Getting and Creating Accounts section. If you have an account already, follow these instructions. If you want to exit the setup window without entering account information or getting an account, press the CANCEL button.
  2. Enter the Username (Account ID, User ID, etc.) and Password that you use to sign-in to the selected website.
  3. Press the OK button. PostEverywhere will attempt to verify that your account and password are valid. If this fails you will return to the setup window. If it succeeds, the website will be ready to receive postings from PostEverywhere.

Getting and Creating Website Accounts

For most websites PostEverywhere can automate all or part of the process. For a few sites, we may only be able to provide a link and you will have to sign up for an account through their website. If this is the case, the button will say GO TO WEBSITE instead of CREATE ACCOUNT or GET ACCOUNT.

  1. Read about what is required to get an account with the selected site. If you want PostEverywhere to assist in getting you an account, press the CREATE ACCOUNT or GET ACCOUNT button.
  2. CREATE ACCOUNT will automatically create a free posting account with the website using the information entered when creating your PostEverywhere Trial. Just press the CREATE ACCOUNT button and we do the rest. The website will be activated immediately.
  3. GET ACCOUNT may prompt you for the Username and Password you would prefer to use for that website. PostEverywhere will then submit an application for a free posting account on your behalf. The website will respond with a confirmation once they have created your account, usually by email, which will include your actual Username and Password. Return to this window when you receive it, and follow the instructions for "I Already Have an Account".
