Using the Change Date Tool for Loads

The change date tool allows you to roll the pick-up and delivery dates for multiple loads at once.

Change Date Tool Instructions

  1. To change dates on multiple loads, use the Change Date tool. Select the loads that are to be changed, select Tools on the menu bar, then select Change Dates (Tools->Change Dates) to open the Change Dates window.
  2. Enter the new pickup date, and optionally the delivery date. Now press OK and all of the selected loads will have their dates reset. PostEverywhere will prompt you to post the loads again. For help selecting multiple loads, click here.
  3. If a new delivery date is not entered, the original delivery date will remain unchanged.
