Active Loads
The Active Loads area will be the main working area for people primarily posting loads. When you are in Active Loads, you will have a toolbar with numerous buttons. These buttons launch the most commonly used actions, like entering, editing, posting and removing loads. Here is a list of the buttons in active loads, and what they do.
Active Load Area Buttons
- New
- Opens the Load Entry Window
- Multi
- Opens the Multi Load Entry Window
- Edit
- Opens a selected load in the Load Edit Window. If more than 1 load is selected, they will be opened in the Multi Load Edit Window
- Remove
- Sends load cancels to all websites and moves the load to your Load History. If another person in your company has sent the load, only they will be able to remove it. The same type of progress window appears when you remove loads as when you post them. If the selected loads are not currently posted on any websites, they will be moved to your Load History.
- Post to Websites
- Opens the Post Loads Window to begin the posting process for any number of selected loads
- Send to Email List
- Opens the Send Loads Window to begin the send email process for any number of selected loads
- Take Off Websites
- Sends load cancellations to all websites for any number of selected loads. The same type of progress window appears when you remove loads as when you post them. The loads will remain in your Active Loads.
- Copy to Favorites
- Makes a copy of any number of selected loads in your Favorite Loads area. Use this feature to store frequently posted loads, then save load entry time by copying loads from your Favorite Loads into your Active Loads.
About Sorting
To sort the data, click on the column header. The column you select will become the primary sort column. Clicking the header again will change from an ascending to descending sort. To sort on more than one column at a time, hold down the Ctrl key and click on each column you want to sort by in the order you want the sort to apply.
